Your Coach, Alex
Hi, I'm Alex
A busy mother of two with first-hand experience of training alongside full-time work and raising a family. I am passionate about helping athletes achieve a balance between their training goals and the demands of everyday life.
My long-standing love of sport and fitness has seen me complete multiple marathons, long-distance swims, sportives and triathlons .
I am a certified British Triathlon and Ironman University coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, and an STA-qualified Swim Teacher. My qualifications reflect my commitment to providing high-quality coaching and support for athletes at all levels.
I take an analytical approach and love to implement what is sometimes the simplest of changes to technique or approach that can make a big difference to performance and ultimately your enjoyment of sport.
I have a wide range of clients from mid-life women training for the first time to experienced athletes looking to level up.
